  • The conditions observed during site visits on the specified date(s) of the audit.

We assume no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information supplied by the Client or for any conditions that may change after the issuance of our final report.
 

4. Client Responsibility and Liability

  • Implementation: The Client retains full and ultimate responsibility for implementing any recommended changes or strategies contained within our reports.

  • Compliance: The Audit Report only represents an opinion on the Client's compliance status as of the audit date. The Client remains solely responsible for ensuring and maintaining ongoing, continuous compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

  • Limitation: Amenity IWM Services is not liable for any failure by the Client to implement the recommendations or for any subsequent regulatory or legal penalties incurred by the Client.
